Sans Souci Community Watch a responsible point of contact for prevention information,
recurring concerns, resident communication, and neighborhood-level coordination.
Share general, non-emergency concerns for pattern awareness.

JSO Sheriff’s Watch - Apartments
JSO Sheriff’s Watch - Apartments is the official Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office
program for apartment communities. It is designed for coordinated participation
among JSO, property managers, owners, staff, and residents.
Contact the JSO Apartments Coordinator for the police service district.
Use official JSO channels for program participation, training, and certification.
Use JSO channels for official reporting, urgent concerns, and law-enforcement needs.
Keep SSCW informed only for local awareness and coordination when appropriate.
Apartment communities are a major part of the neighborhood safety picture.
Apartment staff may see daytime property issues, resident concerns, visitor patterns,
lighting problems, trespass concerns, and maintenance conditions. Nearby residents and
businesses may see after-hours conditions around the same area. A local contact network
helps connect those observations responsibly.

assigned Apartments Coordinators, and Bronze, Silver, and Gold participation levels.
